Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door which gives access to the other sacraments.
The Catholic Church practices infant baptism. At Church of the Magdalen, we generally celebrate Baptisms following the 11:30am Sunday Mass or 4:30pm Saturday Vigil Mass. Registered parishioners are eligible to baptize at Church of the Magdalen. Parents are required to take a class that outlines the responsibilities of baptizing your child in the Church. Baptism Classes are offered on the Second Saturday of the month at 10am.
