Happy Divine Mercy Sunday! Our Lord appeared to St. Faustina several times, telling her how much he wants to give his mercy and love to those who come to him. Jesus, I trust in You! 

What We Are Learning: 

• Math: Students will be taking their State Assessment this Monday and Tuesday morning! Students will be assessed over their Math knowledge from this year and years past. We will continue to learn about decimal and fractional relationships this week in Topic 12 in our Math workbook.  

• Religion: Students will be wrapping up Ch. 14 in their Religion book this week over the Sacraments of Healing. On Monday, the students will have a review day over learned concepts in Ch. 14 and on Wednesday students will have their open-book quiz.  

• Social Studies: Students will continue learning about the Southwest Region of the United States! They will learn how Texas became a state and also how Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Mexico all became part of the United States too.

• Students are now allowed to bring water bottles that are stainless steel and they don't have to be necessarily clear. They are expected to ONLY have WATER inside of their bottle. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your child using only clear bottles for the remainder of the school year.  
• Every day your child should bring back to school their agenda and their school computer fully charged. 
• Stewardship Hours are due in May! A student in 4th grade needs a total of 4 hours by the middle of May. These hours can be signed by a parent and should be recorded in your child's agenda (pg. 28 blue page). This is worth 40 points as a grade in your child's 4th Quarter Religion Grade.
