The Altar Society is a women’s organization committed to the needs of the parish, to Christian fellowship, and to the spiritual and corporal works of mercy.

The Altar Society is one of our largest ministries and is open to all women of the parish. The group generally meets the first Monday of each month September through May (excluding November and January) at 6:00pm in the Parish Hall. All women of the parish are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings as their schedules allow. Some activities the group organizes are the annual Bazaar, funeral dinners, and wedding receptions.

We’d love to have you join us for one of Wichita’s best craft fairs! Save the date for Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, from 9am to 3pm at Church of the Magdalen.

Enjoy a day of shopping at one of the largest markets in Wichita, with over 100 wonderful vendors. You’ll find one-of-a-kind items, handmade goods, jewelry, clothing and accessories, and so much more!
